Warranties and support plans in brief:

Extended Parts and Labour warranties: With an Extended Parts and Labour Warranty, you do not have to worry about unexpected breakdowns or equipment failure. Our extended warranty includes all replacement parts and labour for emergency visits.

For clients requiring an extensive parts based warranty, we can also offer an parts only warranty.

Emergency page: For consoles that do not qualify for out of office hours emergency pager support, cover can be purchased separately on an annual basis.

Business Hours support: A cost effective package with reduced hours of availability. Available as an annual subscription for clients that only need our support during normal business hours.

Extended Hours support: As well as providing support during business hours, Extended Hours also provides out of office hours emergency pager support.
